We are seeking an experienced, globally minded leader to join Auro 2Sigma as a Senior Advisor. This individual will work closely with the founders and leadership team to help scale the venture across global markets, strengthen strategic partnerships, and guide long-term growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for senior operators, entrepreneurs, investors, or industry leaders with strong experience in scaling technology, EdTech, HRTech, AI, staffing, or global business ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and Auro 2Sigma platform evolution.
• Capital raising and investor engagement.
• Business development, employer acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience across startups, venture-backed companies, consulting, technology, education, or recruitment ecosystems
• Experience working with high-growth or globally scaling businesses preferred
• Background in EdTech, HRTech, Recruitment, AI, SaaS, or Digital Transformation strongly preferred
• Strong network across enterprises, universities, investors, or global hiring ecosystems
• Good understanding of AI and its applications in workforce development, personalized learning, or talent matching
• Ability to operate across Indian and international business environments
• Experience engaging with global stakeholders and leadership teams
