Responsibilities
- Integrated Ecosystem Strategy: Architect and execute a cross-platform marketing spend strategy where Auro.edu acts as a high-intent "feeder" to AuroTalent. Your primary mandate is to prove how learning-side marketing directly lowers the CAC for the talent marketplace.
- Global Marketplace Development (AuroTalent): Build a robust dual-sided marketplace. You will design differentiated GTM playhooks for:
- Domestic (India): Focusing on high-volume acquisition and localized trust-building.
- International (Western): Focusing on quality benchmarks, remote-work readiness, and premium "talent-as-a-service" branding.
- Auro 2Sigma Brand Governance: Manage the parent brand identity while ensuring the marketing spend is surgically split between both verticals to maximize overall group LTV/CAC ratios.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies based on market research and business insights.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships.
- Prepare Board presentations, financial models, and business reports for leadership and investors.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A) activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Requirements
- Cross-Platform Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex "feeder" ecosystems where one product's acquisition journey fuels another's supply.
- Cultural Intelligence: Experience navigating the nuances of the Indian employer landscape vs. North American/European corporate standards.
- The "First 100 Days" Quantitative Commitment
- The candidate must be prepared to deliver a comprehensive roadmap by Day 100 that commits to:
- Financial Modeling:
- Submission of a Minimum High-Level Budget required for the parent brand and individual verticals.
- Defined Projected LTV/CAC Ratios for both Auro.edu and AuroTalent.
- A documented Spend-Synergy Ratio: Evidence of how $1 spent on Auro.edu converts to a specific CAC reduction for AuroTalent.
- Growth Benchmarks:
- Auro.edu: Targeted student enrollment numbers (MoM growth).
- AuroTalent: Concrete targets for Domestic vs. International Hiring Partners (e.g., "X" domestic partners in tech/ops vs. "Y" Western partners for remote roles).
- Strong foundation in strategic planning, business development, financial planning and analysis, detailed excel modelling, with the ability to translate insights into executable growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability in client relationship management, commercial negotiations, and long-term partnership building including ideally use of CRM system like Zoho or Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
- Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
