We are seeking a talented NLP Engineer to join our AI & ML team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in natural language processing and machine learning technologies. This role involves developing and enhancing algorithms and models that enable machines to understand and interpret human language. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working to solve complex problems in diverse AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain NLP systems for various applications such as chatbots, sentiment analysis, and information extraction.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate NLP technologies into broader AI systems.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve the understanding of language models and to enhance the performance of existing NLP applications.
• Utilize machine learning frameworks and libraries to train and deploy models.
• Process and analyze large datasets to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in NLP and machine learning technologies.
• Document and present system designs and evaluation results.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in NLP and machine learning, with a focus on model development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Transformers.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to work with large datasets and deep understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
