Auro.edu is seeking a full-time AI & Machine Learning Expert to lead and implement advanced AI solutions for our next-gen education platform. You will be responsible for designing scalable ML systems, building NLP-powered tools, and driving innovation at the intersection of learning, data, and intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models for personalization, recommendations, and intelligent content delivery.
• Lead the implementation of NLP techniques for summarization, sentiment analysis, and content generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities across the platform.
• Analyze large datasets, perform feature engineering, and optimize model performance in production.
• Evaluate and experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms (transformers, LLMs, graph models).
• Contribute to the AI roadmap and mentor junior ML engineers/interns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, HuggingFace, etc.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP pipelines.
• Experience with tools like MLflow, Airflow, Docker, or AWS/GCP is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex problems into data-driven, scalable solutions.
• Published papers or projects in the domain of AI/ML are a strong plus.
