Auro Digital Inc. is a Silicon Valley VC-backed, market-leading SaaS platform specializing in Execution, Order, Investment, and Portfolio Management Systems for institutions and HNW individuals, operating in both Fiat and Digital assets. We are seeking a Cosmos Rust Developer with deep expertise in Rust programming and Cosmos SDK. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contract development, and the Cosmos ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts using CosmWasm and Rust.
• Architecting and implementing blockchain solutions within the Cosmos ecosystem.
• Performing security audits and optimizations to ensure robust and secure smart contracts.
• Leading technical discussions and making key architectural decisions.
• Collaborating with product teams to define and enhance blockchain functionality.
• Contributing to open-source Cosmos SDK projects and enhancing the developer ecosystem.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented Rust code.
• Mentoring junior developers in Rust and blockchain best practices.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development.
• 2+ years of experience coding in Rust.
• Deep expertise in Cosmos SDK, Tendermint, and CosmWasm.
• Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms and decentralized protocols.
• Experience with blockchain security best practices and cryptographic principles.
• Proficiency in Python and GoLang is a plus.
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, staking mechanisms, and tokenomics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
