We are seeking a passionate and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI & ML team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, with a keen interest in applying this knowledge to solve real-world problems. This role involves designing and developing machine learning models to enhance our products and services, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to transform data science prototypes into scalable solutions.
• Optimize data collection procedures and generate new data processing pipelines to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct machine learning experiments using programming languages such as Python.
• Implement machine learning applications according to requirements, while considering performance and scalability.
• Test models rigorously to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Continuously evaluate new and emerging technologies and techniques to incorporate into the team's toolkit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand company needs and devise possible solutions.
• Keep abreast of developments in the field by continuously learning and applying new techniques and frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in machine learning or related field, with a strong grasp of machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
