We are seeking an innovative AI Product Manager to join our forward-thinking AI & ML team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, combined with a passion for product development and management. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of AI-driven products from conception to launch, ensuring they meet market needs and are delivered with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and launch of AI-powered products in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Define product vision and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and technological advancements.
• Manage the product lifecycle, prioritize product enhancements, and make adjustments based on performance data and market demands.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product goals and align them with business objectives.
• Monitor AI industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain innovative and relevant.
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and efficient progress towards product milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to refine product features and user experience.
• Measure product performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Advocate for the customer, ensuring that the product delivers value and an excellent user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in AI or technology-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, applications, and market trends.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
