We are looking for a Backend Developer to build and scale robust, secure, and high-performance backend services for Auro.edu’s learning platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in Node.js, Python, or Golang, along with expertise in database management and API development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, or Golang.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and WebSocket connections.
• Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL) for performance and scalability.
• Implement authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO) for security.
• Work with DevOps teams to optimize cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure high availability and fault tolerance.

Requirements

• Backend Development with strong skills in Node.js, Python, or Golang.
• Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
