We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of Auro.edu’s learning platform. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, user-centric design, and technical expertise to create innovative educational experiences in fintech and investment learning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Auro.edu’s investment education platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to develop engaging learning experiences.
• Leverage AI and data-driven insights to personalize financial education for users.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Optimize user engagement, retention, and monetization strategies for the platform.
• Work with instructors, financial analysts, and industry experts to create cutting-edge investment courses.
• Use A/B testing, analytics, and customer feedback to refine product features.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless execution of new features.

Requirements

• Skills needed in Product Management, preferably in EdTech, FinTech, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of financial education, investing, and digital learning platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, UI/UX, and data analytics tools.
• Ability to translate business goals into product features that enhance user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven learning experiences is a plus.
